TGIF people! I feel a little guilty for missing my usual Friday ‘My Fair London’ post last week, but I’m hoping to make up for it by showing you some A.M.A.Z.I.N.G London street art! I can’t believe that I have lived here for over 6 years and I still get excited when I spot a Banksy! Europe in general has some very impressive street art but London definitely has my favourites! Below are some photos taken in the Waterloo Station underpass during the Banksy-organised Cans Festival. Pretty cool huh? The third image is my favourite…

This is amazing! I love it, great pictures =)
ReplyDeleteWow... what awesome eye candy. I love street art! Very cool. Thanks so much for your comment (I can't publish it yet as I'm in the middle of migrating my blog to Wordpress today). I did want to tell you that I just saw a large scale quatrefoil rug on Overstock.com. I have no idea if it would work, but thought I'd mention it. http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Hand-tufted-World-Classic-Bluish-grey-Wool-Rug-8-x-10/5599305/product.html
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!!
ReplyDeleteOMG, I LOVEEE these pictures. Great snaps. I want to transfer the pink zebra to my office right now, please!
I loooove the lime green-is that a take on the hands from the creation mural on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel? I think its so fun when street art takes these classical pieces of art and funkifies them, making them so bring and urban and now!
ReplyDeleteThose street art are seriously cool or what? I would love the pink zebra art for my focal wall!
ReplyDeleteHave an enjoyable and relaxing weekend!

I think street art can be really interesting. I sometimes wonder what the images mean, but I guess that's part of the allure.
