It's all about the flares...

Friday, 16 November 2012

Ok, so I know this is slightly unusual…. (hardcore eclectics might be scratching their head at this but it’s progressive for me)! The jeans, top and accessories are my wardrobe staples but the glasses might be a little out there. I’m starting to realise that the older I get, the more eclectic my fashion taste is becoming. I think it’s good to take yourself out of your comfort zone once in a while [note to self: take this advice more often], if only to have your children laugh at the pictures one day!

Have a lovely weekend all!

  1. Loving it! I'd wear all of it without batting an eye expect for the hat ;) Love the flares - I hope bell bottoms come back - wouldn't that be fun?

  2. Whoa. Hello flares! I think I'd cherry-pick through this outfit, and take the shirt and the scarf. And the nail polish. You can never have too much!

  3. Well I definitely need to take myself out of my comfort zone more, that's for sure! I was at a fashion launch yesterday and quite possibly the most boringly dressed person there! Not the worst dressed though thank goodness,if I say so myself ;)

  4. I love this idea ...... funny I have two pairs of flare jeans that are my favorite and I wear them regardless if they are in or not. Soon, people will see I was ahead of the game a year ago. Now I just need to get used of those shoes.

  6. Oooh those days of wearing flare pants (queue in reminiscing). I LOVE the entire collection, not sure if I could rock those shoes (that is ... without kissing the floor).

  7. No way to the shoes! I'm all about comfort now -- ballerina flats for me most of the time. But love everything else in the collection. You can never go wrong with black and white! I bought a pair of bell bottom pants in Paris last year -- love them! Have a great day. Tammy

  9. Love those shoes! Just wish I wasn't 5'8" as I do not have a burning desire to be six feet tall : O
