My Fair London – The view from 20 Fenchurch Street

Tuesday, 2 July 2013

As a blogger, I never leave the house without a camera – you just never know when you are going to stumble across something blogworthy! I have enforced the same rule upon my husband and Jordan knows he will get an earful if he goes somewhere interesting without taking a camera with him, even if said destination is a work-related meeting. So a few months ago when he told me he had an early morning meeting at the construction site of the Walkie-Talkie building in London, I made sure to shove a camera in his hand on the way out the door. He delivered the goods so I think I might keep him.

P.S: if you have ever wondered what an early morning commute in London looks like, just scroll down to the picture of the bridge. Yep, it’s that nuts.

  2. What an amazing view! I've walked over that bridge many times when my Mum & Dad had an apartment on The Thames. Look at the colour of that river! x

  3. My eyes totally bugged out when I saw that picture of the foot traffic on the bridge. Wowza! The view is incredible. I love and miss London dearly! The last time I was there I don't think the Shard was even halfway constructed yet!
