Since I have so many photos of my trip, I am officially declaring it New York week on Wishful Thinking. You might be sick and tired of hearing about it by Wednesday but I just have to share it! I think the most unique aspect about this city is that ever since I was a child, I have been bombarded with images of NY on the television and movies so in some place of my mind, I felt like I had been there before. From arriving and first seeing the skyline to walking around, it all feels so familiar and yet every street is a new discovery. I am sure I have said this before on my blog, but my favourite thing to do when travelling is to grab a coffee and wander around the neighbourhoods. I did that the moment I arrived, here are some of my favourite pictures:
one word: sigh
