A little huisie on the water…

My favourite memory of my trip to Amsterdam was taking a late night cruise along the winding canals and peering into the waterside 16th century apartments and quaint houseboats (what can I say? I’m a snoop!) Although I loved the glittering chandeliers and grand furniture in the apartments, I was most drawn to the warm and cosy houseboats! I did some research to see if I was able to rent one on a return trip to Amsterdam and I was really surprised at how much furniture you can actually fit in a houseboat!

  7. How quirky and fun (I also think there's more furniture here than in my little apartment!)

Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely week! I hope the swimming suit for body types post was helpful!

  9. Very cool - this looks like a great one! I wanted to stay in a houseboat when I went to Amsterdam in May but my friends preferred a hotel - to me, a houseboat would be the ultimate way to sleep in Amsterdam - very cool!
