Italy again? Hell yes!

Monday, 8 August 2011

My energy reserves were running on empty so I spent the weekend vegetating… again!  I had a moment of panic when I felt the first tell tale signs of the weather turning chilly and the onset of darker evenings. I refuse to acknowledge the end of summer so I am aiming to keep it going by day-dreaming about this Italian villa I found for sale in Sorrento, Italy. I am picturing myself perched on the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean with the sun beating down, getting lost in a good book. The interiors are a little over the top for me (although completely appropriate for the setting) but I won’t be spending much time inside anyway. I figured I might just live in the garden!

  14. I also refuse to acknowledge the approaching of autumn. So I'll join you in the daydreaming. This is a perfect location and I think the terrace and the surroundings will do (not too keen on the interiors either). :)

  21. Yes, I could spend 20 or 30 years living there! I just said to my husband the exact same thing tonight. It's in the air. We are feeling very ripped off in Vancouver because June and July were wet. What happened to our summer!!!!
