1000 layers…

Monday 4 April 2011

This weekend I discovered South African interior designer Stephen Falcke. I usually find layering a space quite tricky, finding the perfect balance of objects that work together etc can take a lot of practice. Stephen Falcke actually manages to make layering look completely effortless. Some words of wisdom from his website: “The trick is to build visual layers, just as one might do with a painting”.

So many layers, almost to the point of overload, yet it all comes together so beautifully. Thanks for highlighting this designer!
