It’s Monday and it’s a bank holiday here in the UK!! I plan to spend the day lounging in my pjs, eating leftover roast chicken, watching movies and catching up on blogs. I might even have time for a nap or 2! As you can hear, my mood has improved considerably and so in keeping with this, I wanted to post something bright and vibrant. I tend to gravitate towards more neutral pallets but every now and then I find a bright gem that I fall in love with… enter beautiful and eclectic Victorian North London flat! The navy and white colour scheme in the living room sort of follows on from my post on Friday and I love it more than ever after seeing this. And as ever, the kitchen stole the show – I love the unconventional wooden butcher block/shelving unit!

The island in the kitchen is so unique - what a clever idea to have it slotted to hold spices
ReplyDeleteLoving that shade of rich blue for the walls - how striking!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny ...... I like the colors but I am gravitating towards the natural look of the wood in these pics. LOVE the old butcher shelves too. That kitchen is great.

I'm loving that bathroom. I prefer neutral color, too. The living room wall color is pretty, but for me, I would do one wall or two.
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous and certainly brightened up my mood today. Thanks Meghan :) xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo pleased you're feeling better. Wow, so may things I adore here - that gorgeous shade of blue, the open bookshelf, the amazing floors, that rustic kitchen, that blue leather chair (yum), the painting over the fireplace in the bathroom, the fireplace in the bathroom! Great find. x
