A decidedly wintry post for someone who has donned open-toe sandals and short sleeves since about September last year. But I guess it’s time I start thinking about warmer footwear (considering I all but cleared out my wardrobe in a de-cluttering frenzy). I’m on the lookout for a decent pair of leather Chelsea boots to serve as one of my winter footwear staples. Here’s my inspiration…

A thousand times yes! I was on the fence about ankle boots for ages. I felt very uncertain. Tried a pair and wasn't sure. Never wore the. Got brave and tried another pair and haven't looked back. That pair is brown and I need a pair in black. :)
