Tip Top Topiary!

We all know how a pretty bunch of brightly coloured flowers can transform a room/garden, but I think that a touch of greenery can have an equal effect – particularly the greenery of a sophisticated topiary plant. I have a couple of these beauties in my garden (not quite sure how I have managed to keep them alive but they are still going strong) but I have never really thought of using them inside. After putting together this collection of topiary plants, both indoors and outdoors, I feel the need to go straight to the garden centre and buy them out!

What’s your verdict? Do you like them indoors or do you think they should be kept in the garden?

  2. I love plants indoors, especially topiaries! The pictures you chose are so pretty but would look flat without that pop of green!
They have beautiful preserved boxwood now that looks terrific and you don't have to worry about killing it. Have you seen it?

By the way, I'm your newest follower and I'm so glad I stumbled on your blog a few weeks ago!

  4. I am a bigger fan of how they look outdoors. There's something artificial about them as indoor decor

  5. Stunning. I love them indoors and out - so classic and simple that bringing them inside allows nature to shine without being overwhelming.

  6. I love them inside (and outside too). I only have one right now but I really like them in pairs. They look so good when they are flanking something like a mantel or mirror or doorway. These pictures make me want to run out and grab a mate for the lonely topiary in my kitchen!

  9. I love bringing a bit of nature inside. I've never had a lot of success with plants and gardening, but if you do, I definitely would. x

  10. These are fabulous!! I think they are the easiest and simplest way to fill a space. They are gorgeous and take very little care but they will grow lovely.
