Let me tell you a little something about Portugal…

Just in case you were wondering, Portugal was AH-mazing! We’ve got a few exciting changes coming up on our horizons so it was fantastic to spend the week clearing my head with some much needed sun, relaxation and sea air. We did a fair bit of musing on the long sandy stretches of beach (sand on a beach might sound like a given to you but this is actually quite rare in Europe), we also did quite a bit of road tripping, skipping from one charming little town to another, wandering the little side streets and eating Portuguese Prego rolls. As usual, I took like a gazillion photos so I will regal you with some more Portuguese tales next week. In the meantime, here are some shots of the beach down the road from our villa and our day trip to the breath-taking town of Lagos.

  2. It looks like you really enjoyed sunny days and returned rejuvenated. Just wonderful. I wouldn't mind spending a few days like that myself.

I hope the wedding preparation is going well. It was in July, right?

  9. What an amazing vacation. I've never been to Portugal but heard from those that have that it is one of the most beautiful coastlines. Clearly, a accurate description. Thank you for sharing your trip with us.
