Been and gone…

Helllllooooo! I’m finally back in the land of the living! I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year and are ready to face 2012 with gusto!? I had hoped to post a little bit whilst on holiday but the prospect of lazing about all day watching movies and eating leftovers was much more tempting than sitting in front of the laptop. Does anyone else feel like they need a holiday to get over their holiday? But alas, I am now ready to get back in the swing of things and will be catching up on all your blogging news throughout the course of the week. In the meantime, here is a gentle start with some pics of the festivities over at our house…

  8. I was in exactly the same predicament - do I blog? Or do I watch A Christmas Story again whilst eating mince pies and Celebrations? Yeah, we know how this one ends.

  9. Oh my goodness ...... did you ever get that one right "needing a holiday from a holiday"? Yes!! I couldn't wait to delve back into work, catching up on blogs and getting back into better sleeping habits. I have been going to bed much too late and getting up waaaay too late. The days have been full of "nothing done" Looks like your holidays were full of many goodies!

  11. I could not agree more. I was exhausted by the time all the relatives left (on the 27th!). A solid day of flopping on the couch with some DVD's sorted me out!
