Monday House Tour!

I come across so many beautiful houses in my endless searches through the internet, whether I blog about them or not is something I spend some time thinking about. Have you seen this house before? Will it appeal to everyone? And then sometimes I find a house that blows all the questions out the water because I love it sooooo much that I want it forever immortalised on my little ‘ol blog. Speaking of such houses, take a look at this newly renovated 1920s Tudor style house in Ohio. The owners have managed to completely transform this home from dark and dilapidated to warm and eclectic (with a healthy dose of quirky charm)!  I have fallen hard for the colour of the trim on the exterior and those glossy rich floors! So what do you think? You like?

  2. the house itself and its surroundings is gorgeous but the interior is not my style so I'd make quite some changes ... you are giving me this house for Christmas, right? ;-)

  3. i love it, except a few too many pieces look they were taken from an old classroom. HOWEVER, we all know the real problem is that it's in ohio. and we know how i feel about ohio...

  4. I love how the rustic elements inside seem to match the natural elements outside. So many gorgeous industrial touches but the home is relaxed and eclectic as well. I think I'd add a few more textiles to warm it up further but no doubt, it's a fantastic find! x

  5. How I love the first image! That's how I imagine the surroundings of my dream house in autumn. And that imagine made me think of an entirely different interior, where traditional would blend with modern, white would play a major role and all neutral colours, but with accents of bright colours as well, and definitely a fire place in the living room. :)
