I purposefully took the day off from blogging yesterday in an effort to get stuff done (we are currently working off no fewer than 10 lists, each with an alarming amount of to-dos on them) but I actually felt kind of guilty not posting. I kept on logging on to start a post and giving up every time I saw the dreaded lists in my periphery. In the end, the lists won and I got a huge amount of stuff done *high five* which means I have some time to post today!
With all the chaos going on at home, I am craving a calm and soothing space. Something with soft colours, scented candles and real home comforts. Something exactly like the home I am posting below. It’s beyond perfect. Oh well, I guess I should get back to the smell of household cleaner, dust and packing boxes…

Looks like a cozy space :) One thing that I find weird though is that one one the ceiling in the dining room. Haha :P
ReplyDeleteThose linen sofas are making my heart go thump-thump. This is definitely a very Grown Up house, deserving of capital letters. One day! Good luck with crossing things off your to-do list! I love that feeling of accomplishment, but I know getting to that point requires a lot of stress and effort, so take it easy on yourself! xo
ReplyDeleteI really want a big ass mirror above my fire place, but I cannot find the perfect one. I've always loved that concept. :)
ReplyDeleteI think I want to add some color to my house. A bit of flowers perhaps. I really like the color scheme here.

ReplyDeletei want to curl up and take a nap on one of those sofas. i love a soft kooshy looking linen couch. and i am sooo into neutrals lately. is there scientific research that there is a natural gravitation to neutrals when one is too busy? i think i'd believe it if there were.
ReplyDeleteThe details and accessories in these spaces are just impeccable!
