I always think twice before posting house tours from the big guns like Country Living and Houzz as I know they will be recycled repeatedly throughout blogland, but at the same time, I started my blog to serve as a source of inspiration not only for others but for me too. So apologies if you have come across this antebellum home before – hopefully you won’t mind taking the tour again?! The first element to catch my attention was the unusual colour of the walls (note to self: buy vast quantities of Burlap by Ralph Lauren for my future home),and then of course my weakness for visual clutter had me falling head-over-heels for the vintage pewter items in the dining room cabinet, and then let’s not forget to mention that breath-taking gallery wall of pressed wildflowers!
Any thoughts?

Oh, I love the variations of greys in all the rooms, makes it very cozy! Absolutely adore the wall with the botanical prints. Or are there dried flowers in the frames? Either way it looks great!
