Just a little something pretty to get us through our hump day! I have been spotting pretty little vintage tins all over the internet and I just had to do a post on them. Fill them with wild flowers, use them as trinket jars, use them to keep coffee fresh and stylish in your fridge (which is what I do), or simply just use them as decoration. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
these are gorgeous. I always had a thing for vintage tea cans. any cans really... thanks for putting together such a great collection xx
ReplyDeleteI love this idea, too! My favourite is the tin with the Craspedias as they are also one of my face blooms! Thanks for the inspiration, Meghan! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my god I'm in love!! I've seen these so much online and adore them!
ReplyDeleteThanks for brightening my day :-)

How very pretty! I've only got leftover glass jars cluttering up my shelves - boo
ReplyDeleteLove old tins and love to see them used as vases. It's like something tough gets a soft touch.
ReplyDeleteI have been looking at one for a few days that was given to me, wondering what to do with it. It's not exactly vintage, it just looks vintage. But it's rather big so I don't think flowers will work. I'll think of something ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love this look - how perfect for an outdoor meal in the Fall - rustic just fits this time of year perfectly!
ReplyDeletehow pretty are these! my mom always used old tins to store ingredients like flour - something i should start doing.
ReplyDeleteLovely look. It adds that extra charm to the decor.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree, I love them. The blue tobacco tin with the single flower is gorgeous. x
ReplyDeleteI love vintage tins as well, and these are some beauties! My mom has the Edgewood blue tobacco tin. I'm trying to coax it from her, with no luck yet. :)
