And lastly in the Maldives of course!
Heard of the travelling pants? Well I have a pair of travelling shorts. They are my absolute favourites and I came to realise that I wear them practically every time we go on holiday (I actually asked Jordan not to get a shot of my shorts in the Maldives because it’s starting to look like I have no clothes… he did it anyway)! I’m not sure what their appeal is really, I mean they aren’t particularly attractive, they are faded and have a button missing on the bum but they are comfy, go with most things and I love them. But sadly, I think their glory days might be over and I’ll have to part with my khaki beauties for a newer model. Here’s some of the inspiration that has me swooning!
Do you have a favourite item of clothing that you wear everywhere?

There's nothing like a pair of comfy shorts - I have a pair I wear at each one of my son's regattas... Beginning to believe the other moms think I have no other pairs in my closet! Given that we're heading to the beach for the week, your post is great inspiration for packing. Happy weekend, Mrs. Meghan!

I bring my North Face jacket everywhere I travel because you never know when it'll cool down and you'll wish you had it. Plus it's lightweight enough to pack into a backpack!
ReplyDeleteI love your shorts! I don't have a particular item of clothing, but I wear red almost all of the time. I can't get enough of it!
ReplyDeleteThese are adorable!! The selection and colors we have to choose from is amazing!!! I kind of recall shorts only being somewhat either too dressy or too sporty. Love the white ones with the button down shirt! You look fabulous!!!
ReplyDeleteI have a comfy, stretchy skirt that I wear with t-shirts, tank tops, everything. It'll be a sad day when I have to retire that skirt. I'll mourn with you over your shorts too. :) PS - you are so cute!!
ReplyDeleteThat's so funny, I was just thinking the other day... 'I wonder what ever happened to those cool khaki shorts I used to have?'. They were similar to yours, and, as you say, go with everything, were super comfy, and looked great. I just can't figure out where they went. Will have to find me a new pair. Lucky you with all your travels! x
ReplyDeletebut i loooove your travel shorts! it's fun to see them with so many diff outfits :)
ReplyDeleteI would go for another khaki pair. :) Welcome back! Can't wait to see photos from your honeymoon! xo
